Whilst servicing a leaking unit, he discovered a crack in the back casing so we decided to replace our old unit to a new Toshiba. Craig worked around us staining our deck and even worked on a public holiday to ensure we had a cool house on a very hot day! Craig is punctual, professional, polite and knows his stuff. Highly recommend Craig. Plus he has taught me I don't need to burn money by having my unit on 16° to cool a room 🤦♀️Auto fan, Cool 23° does the job perfectly!!
