Elite Aircon’s owner Craig Williams has a great reputation in Whangarei and Northland for his efficient service which is always delivered with a high degree of precision, attention to detail and a personal touch.
In 2019, after 10 years working in the industry of refrigeration and air conditioning, Craig started Elite Aircon as he found the most satisfying aspect of the work was to install air conditioning and heating systems to help people’s homes be more comfortable and families stay healthy.

Whilst servicing a leaking unit, he discovered a crack in the back casing so we decided to replace our old unit to a new Toshiba. Craig worked around us staining our deck and even worked on a public holiday to ensure we had a cool house on a very hot day! Craig is punctual, professional, polite and knows his stuff. Highly recommend Craig. Plus he has taught me I don't need to burn money by having my unit on 16° to cool a room 🤦♀️Auto fan, Cool 23° does the job perfectly!! Turns out my husband did know what he was talking about 😬
